Campbell River Listing Stats


When choosing a REALTOR®  to list your home for sale the first question you may want to ask is "What is your office List to Sell Ratio? In other words for every 10 listings taken, how many actually sell?

When selling your home be sure to choose a company that will not only accurately price the home, but will also professionally market it for sale and cooperate with other REALTORS®  in order to get it sold.  After all, SELLING not just listing the home is the goal isn't it?
